California Consumer Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the Vengroff Williams, Inc. Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, consumers, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).

Vengroff Williams, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “VWi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable California privacy laws. We obtain personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from our clients and their authorized representatives.

  • Indirectly from our clients while performing contracted services.

  • Directly from consumers through communications, payments, forms, and other interactions.

  • Through activity on our website, including information voluntarily submitted through website forms and limited website usage information collected automatically through cookies, analytics technologies, and similar tools.

  • From service providers and third parties that assist us in providing our services, including payment processing and website operations.
